Accepting These Terms
This document (Checkout Terms & policies or the “Policy,” for short) sets out your rights and responsibilities when you use Checkout on Craftfeteria’s website, so please read it carefully. By using Checkout, you’re agreeing to the Policy.
Craftfeteria has engaged third-party service providers to perform many of the services related to payment processing, including card processing, currency exchange, identity verification, fraud analysis and regulatory compliance.
Craftfeteria may share your personal or transactional information with those third-party service providers when it’s necessary to process payments.
By using a third-party service, you may also be subject to an agreement with the third-party. PayPal is a third-party service provided by PayPal Holdings, Inc. and is subject to the PayPal User Agreement.
A transaction may cancel under the following circumstances:
- The customer did not pay.
- Both Craftfeteria and the customer agree to cancel the transaction prior to shipment, and Craftfeteria have issued the customer a full refund.
- Craftfeteria have decided to refuse service to the customer, and if the customer has already paid, Craftfeteria have issued a full refund, including shipping.
Refund & Replacement
Although we wouldn’t like to make these situations occur but if it happen, you can issue refund or replacement from us.
- The item received is a different color, model, version, or size than is shown in the photo or described in the listing.
- The item has a different material.
- The item is damaged or is missing parts.
- The items received are incomplete.
- The customer did not receive the item(s) ordered.
- Delay of delivery caused by Craftfeteria (Refer to our Delivery conditions)
Craftfeteria agree to resolve any disputes directly with a customer in accordance with our term and condition. - Delivery within 3 business days of Thailand post after placing your order (In case finished products)
- Delivery within 3 business days of Thailand post after draft confirmation (In case custom-made products or custom-made products are included in bill)
- Recipient’s signature is required for any parcel when it arrives.
- Please check delivery address in every time you buy. We will not be liable for any loss or damage and any delay caused by incurred by incorrect delivery address being provided to us.
- Please note that Craftfeteria will use Thailand post services to delivery all item to customer. We will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by Thailand post that we have no control over.
Tracking Your Order
Within 3 business days of placing your order (only finished items, and this is not include custom made products), you’ll receive an email with a tracking number that can be used to check your parcel’s progress.
Once you receive your tracking number you can enter it on the Thailand post tracking website
